Owner's description
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that when the vehicle was started, the A/C system failed to function as intended. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the instrument cluster had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was approximately 29,000.
