Owner's description
The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle, the digital gauges were not illuminated on the instrument cluster. The contact had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the vehicle and notified the contact of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (Electrical System); however, the VIN was not included. The contact called a dealer and the manufacturer and was informed that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The contact stated that the vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 29,394.
