Sunroof shattered while driving. If I did not have sunroof cover closed, glass would have fallen on me into car and potentially cause distraction leading to crash. An insurance rep will be inspecting vehicle within the next 3-5 days. No prior warnings before glass shattered.
The brakes automatically engage without cause. The problem occurs at both city and highway speeds, from 20-75 mph. It is particularly bad when passing underneath a bridge. The car will abruptly stop. This has been ongoing for monthes. Sometimes, the vehicle will act inappropriately when the brake is applied by the driver. The car will attempt to accelerate. Other times the car will hard brake as if slamming the brakes.
While waiting in a parking lot, I was reviewing the settings available on the lower center display, one of those options was for "Camera." Inside this menu I found and made adjustment for options like brightness, contrast, tint, color, and black level... and while most of those seemed to work well, and I was able to make suitable adjustments to the camera--the tint and color options seemed to have no effect on the image. So, I opted to adjust tint from the default/middle value all the way to the left/lowest value and save the settings. Even then, with that saved, I was able to switch to the camera and could see there was no difference in the image still. I then remained with the vehicle, still parked with the engine idling, waiting another ten minutes or so before preparing to leave. When I put my vehicle in reverse gear, I was shocked to see that the camera displays had gone completely black. I could no longer see the rear images when backing up. I tried going back to park and again to the rear setting--still, there was no image being displayed for the cameras. I could see some items on-screen still, like the button to switch camera views and to toggle the parking sensors on/off. When switching camera views/angles, the system would continue displaying the same two black/empty displays. I tried turning the engine off and back on--but that didn't seem to have any effect, the system remained broken. I was able to use the rear view camera on the reviewer mirror--but the normal backup cameras remained non-functioning. I promptly tried opening the camera settings again to reset all of the brightness, contrast, tone, color, and black level settings to the default values... but still, the preview area was black and no image could seen. I've verified the outside of the vehicle... these cameras are not blocked at all. There was nothing that could've cause these to go dark. I drive the vehicle home (~5 miles), and found the camera still not to be working.

Vehicle aggressively and without cause engaged the Automatic Emergency Braking System causing the driver to be slammed against her seat belt and almost having the car in back of us to almost rear end our vehicle. This has happened in the past but it has been a manageable slight deceleration when going around a gentle curve or at the railroad overpass. . This time the incident was intense almost causing a rear end collision. I would add that this severe incident happened when approaching the same railroad overpass in the rain. This has also happened at this intersection in good weather. Under all circumstances there were no obstructions I front of the vehicle. I have read that this problem has occurred in earlier years of Nissan products. In all instances the appropriate system warning light illuminated.

THE CRUISE CONTROL IS VERY ABRUPTED WHEN ENGAGING THE RESUME FEATURE. THE CRUISE WILL CAUSE THE TRANSMISSION TO DOWNSHIFT AND ENGINE TO REV ABOVE 5000 RPMS FOR JUST A COUPLE OF MPH SPEED INCREASE. I BELIEVE THIS A DESIGN FLAW THAT COULD CAUSE A DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE CAR.
