Unicell Body Company Inc. (Unicell) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savanna, 2018-2019 Hino 155, Ford Econoline and Transit and Isuzu NPR, and 2018 Ram ProMaster-based vehicles equipped with ASA Electronics Voyager monitors used to display the back-up camera image. The affected monitors may revert back to the factory default settings which may cause the camera image to be reversed.
Consequence: The driver may inadvertently turn the wrong direction to avoid an object behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Unicell will work with ASA Electronics to notify owners and offer a remedy, free of charge. The recall began May 9, 2019. Owners may contact ASA Electronics customer service 1-800-384-4400 or Unicell at 1-716-853-8628.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Lincoln MKC, Mustang, F-350 SD, F-250 SD, F-450 SD, 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, 2015-2018 Edge, Transit Connect, 2016-2019 F-550 SD, Transit, 2017-2019 Econoline, and 2019 Ranger vehicles. The rearview camera may display a distorted, inverted, or blank image when the vehicle is in reverse.
Consequence: A rearview camera that displays an inverted, distorted, or blank image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 13, 2026. Ford owners will receive letters in phases, beginning January 2026 and May 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S89. This recall expands previous NHTSA recall number 25V270. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 8, 2025.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 GULF STREAM B TOURING CRUISER RV THAT WAS BUILT ON A 2019 FORD E-450 CHASSIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE RV WAS PARKED, THE CHASSIS BATTERY LOST CHARGE. THE RV WAS TAKEN TO BROWNS RV SUPERSTORE (LOCATED AT 30049 SC-151, MCBEE, SC 29101, (843) 335-8829) TO BE DIAGNOSED AND THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO A LOCAL FORD DEALER. THE UNKNOWN DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHORTAGE IN THE RADIO THAT CAUSED THE BATTERY TO CONTINUOUSLY DRAIN. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE RADIO WOULD BE REPAIRED INSTEAD OF REPLACED. THE RADIO CONTROL UNIT PROVIDED ACCESS TO SEVERAL SAFETY FEATURES IN THE RV. THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 966. *BF CONSUMER STATED BROWN'S RV REPLACED RADIO AND PROBLEM STILL EXIST! CONSUMER STATED WE JUST USED IT AFTER RADIO WAS REPLACED FOR FIRST TIME AND FOUND OTHER ISSUES WITH GENERATOR AND INTERIOR CONTROL PANEL. "THIS UNIT IS A ROLLING FIRE HAZARD."*JB
