Owner's description
The contact owns a 2020 Kia Telluride. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the high-beam headlights became inoperable. The contact stated while attempting to activate the high-beam headlights, the headlights were inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a failed headlight assembly. The contact was informed that the headlight assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The parts were ordered for the repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 99,800. The contact stated the dealership is going to replace the headlights under the extended warranty.
