PASSENGER SIDE FRONT SEAT ROCKS WITH OR WITHOUT USE OF SEATBELT. HAD DEALER CHECK OUT, BUT STATED THEY FOUND NOTHING THAT WAS CAUSING THE ROCKING OF SEAT.
